Life certainly takes unexpected turns, and mine is no exception. With a family of 6, which includes my young grandson and my elderly mother whom live with us, sometimes the best laid plans have to be set aside to take care of priorities. Sometimes those turns don't always involve family, but rather, our dear friends whose presence in our lives are as important as our own family.
My very dear friend has needed me every step of the way during a difficult transition in her life, and it was necessary for me to be there for her for the last 6 weeks. As a result, of course, there were things in my life that I had to put on hold - Red Easel was one of those things that just had to wait till the dust settled and life got back to normal - or at the very least the laundry got caught up.
So, bare with me and pray with me while I continue to help my dear friend get settled into her new life with her beautiful children beside her. Your patience and understanding while this site and blog has had to take a sabbatical from the world of fine art is appreciated. We will be back soon with information and newsletters to make you smile and inspire you to be the best artist you can be.
